About counselling

Counselling is a chance to step outside the stress of daily life... to reflect on how you are, and where you are in your life. It’s a space for you, where you’ll feel heard and can work through your difficulties.

I’m a Humanistic counsellor. My approach is collaborative. You would decide what to explore, I’d be alongside to help you make sense of your challenges.

I work with the whole person and recognise that we’re each unique and complex. Counselling is a chance to connect more deeply with yourself and how you're living.... to bring awareness to any blind spots that leave you feeling stuck.

Counselling can touch upon difficult areas: you might want to explore experiences that feel private or vulnerable. I deeply respect your right to work at your pace. My hope is to build a relationship of trust and open communication where you feel supported through any challenging moments.

Most importantly, counselling is your space. You might want to explore relationships, childhood, identity, work, spirituality, or how you feel day-to-day. We can explore the areas that feel important to you.
